Sun Soil Water Community Led Summit

Saturday, March 21st - 8:00am-4:30pm
Saturday is where inspiration meets action. The Sun Soil Water Community-Led Summit, invites everyone — from local farmers to curious residents — to learn, share, and help shape the future of Pueblo’s food systems.

This year’s theme, “Food Economies & Local Solutions,” gets to the heart of what makes our community powerful: our ability to create change from the ground up. The summit features keynote presentations, dynamic panel discussions, and hands-on breakout sessions, all designed to spark new ideas and partnerships. Attendees will hear directly from people working on the frontlines of local food, finding creative, community-based ways to strengthen our food economy and ensure access for all.

The Pueblo Food Project is committed to making this summit open to everyone. Through a scholarship program, anyone who wants to participate but may not have room in their budget can still join in, ensuring that every voice has a seat at the table.
