Pueblo Food Project hosts Food Art of Pueblo Blog #4

In partnership with the Pueblo Art Guild and Springside Cheese, the Pueblo Food Project hosted a Food Art of Pueblo event! Over 50 pieces of art were received for the show. Pueblo Mayor, Nick Gradisar judged the pieces and a People's Choice Award was also given.  The winner People's Choice Award was Edwin Soriano, for this multi-medium piece of art, Ichthyopia. For some extra entertainment Springside Cheese hired a cheese carver for the event, using a 15 pound block of their special cheddar!
