Learn more about growing Pueblo's famous chile! Dr. Mike Bartolo will be leading this seminar, Dr B was the chief researcher who developed the Pueblo Chile into what we know and love today. Also enjoy a recipe demo and taste test with Chef Lindy! Participants will be able to take a Pueblo Chile plant start home. This event will be hosted at the SRDA in the dining room!
Pueblo Food Project is using this class as an opportunity to fundraise for other free programs offered throughout the year.
