Pueblo Food Project
Community-Led Coalition

Pueblo Food Project brings together community organizations, businesses, public institutions, government agencies, and residents to learn, contribute, impact and celebrate our local food system through our coalition. Everybody is a participant in our local food system, and the coalition serves to amplify community voices and share power so that we may all contribute to a more thriving food landscape in Pueblo. All are welcome to join the PFP Coalition; newcomers are welcome and necessary to bring in fresh perspectives and ideas! PFP also has three working groups: financial sustainability, advocacy, and food equity.

We host two coalition meetings per month to accommodate for different schedules. These are the same meetings, with the same agenda - you do not need to attend both! Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm, and the fourth Wednesday of the month at 9am. Meetings are virtual except for in March, June, September, and December, which are held in person at the PFP classroom (330 Lake Ave, Room 114). Spanish interpretation is available regularly for Tuesday meetings, and upon request for Wednesday meetings.

Our upcoming coalition meetings:
- Tues, March 25, 5:30-7:30pm & Weds, March 26, 9-11am (in person)

- Tues, April 22nd, 5:30 - 7:00pm & Weds, April 23rd, 9:00-10:30am (virtual)
