The Pueblo Food Project (PFP) pantry operates like a food bank, supplying local partner organizations with high-quality, locally sourced foods like beans and beef to support community food access and the local economy. This program has supplied 43 pantries in Pueblo County and spent $1.2 million in the local economy. 

PFP utilizes the Fuel Kitchen's cold and dry storage to house the pantry. As funds become available the pantry is filled with local food and distributed to the community.
