Pueblo Food Project’s Entrepreneur Development Program is the first of its kind in Southern Colorado.
The 16-Week Semester Our third annual cohort will begin on February 20, 2024, with classes meeting weekly in-person. This is a semester-style course created specifically for food, beverage and agricultural entrepreneurs. Over the duration of the course, you will create a business plan and prepare for a pitch competition on June 4. Tuition is waived for this course and all students who complete the semester will receive a variety of financial incentives to help propel their businesses - over $3,000 in value!
